•  A Deposit is required for all bookings and appointments, this payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to another individual.

• COME WITH YOUR EYEBROWS GROOMED AND SHAPED AND CLEAN FACE WITH NO MAKEUP ON!

• Final payment is due in CASH, VISA, or BANK TRANSFER after the service is provided.

• All bridal, bridal party and home call appointment balances are due 24 hours before the scheduled date of your booking.

• ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED BEFORE or AFTER AVAILABLE OFFICE HOURS (very early or very late) ON ANY DAY ATTRACT AN ADDITIONAL FEE, to book such appointments, kindly send an email to ashhhhbeauty@gmail.com or Whatsapp +971557023319.

• RESCHEDULING must be done a minimum of 3 DAYS before the original appointment time, you can reschedule only once with your initial deposit and a new date must be within 14 days, failure to so do will result in the LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT

• NO SHOW WITH NO REASONS = BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BOOKINGS

• If cancellation is due to the makeup artist a full refund will be issued immediately.

• NO REFUND or RESCHEDULING ON last-minute or same-day bookings.

• LATENESS: a 50 AED fee will be added to your payment balance if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment (it is advisable you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment). If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, your APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED without refund or rescheduling with respect to other booked appointments, to book a new appointment a new deposit will be required.

• TRAVEL & HOME CALLS: all appointments outside the studio locations within the DUBAI starts from 800 AED; a travel fee will be calculated and applied to get a total cost for your service. Travel and accommodation outside of Dubai will be at the client's expense (i.e. local travel to the airport, ground transportation in both cities, flight, hotel, parking, and luggage fees, etc) and will be determined by the available booking rates online at that time, for more information on this please send an email. ashshifabeauty@gmail.com

• If you are sick or are experiencing flu symptoms or infections, please do not book an appointment, kindly ensure you’re in great health before coming in for your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
